For over thirty (30) years I have specialized in the repair of cast metals including but not limited
to iron,steel,aluminum,bronze,inconel,magnesium and copper.
I developed my own gear repair process that has been successful on gears up to sixteen (16') feet
in diameter. I have a Master's Certificate in the Metal Stitching process and have traveled across
the United States and many other countries repairing parts and equipment using a variety of repair
techniques. I offer on-site/in-frame repairs "Any Where In The World."
The molecular structure of metals varies. It is the understanding of theses different molecular
structures that allows me to be successful in their repair.
I understand many types of mechnical/structural engineering. Whether its engines, gears, pump
housings thirty (30) feet in diameter or lawn mowers.
Gears with damaged, warn and missing teeth have been repaired to stronger than new.
Problem solving is my virtue. Always, my goal is to determine what caused a piece of equipment
or the plant in it's entirety to fail and not only repair what has broken but to design a permanent
solution so the initial problem no longer exists. I am always successful in preventing subsequent
failures in large industrial plants.
Many repair processes are available including the metal stitching process which is a cold
mechanical repair process that allows parts on equipment to be repaired on-site/inframe...saving
companies thousands of dollars in down-time and replacement parts. Even parts with pieces
missing can be repaired using this cost-effective method, (transmission cases, pump
housings, engine blocks, gear boxes...). This repair process has been approved by multiple
corporate manufacturing entities such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Detroit Engines, Ford,
Cummins, etc.
The specialized pre-heating and cooling processes on other repairs allow for stress relieving of
the metal that maintains the structural integrity, creating a strong repair with no distortion.
Industrial, Marine, Automotive or Domestic... Large and small companies as well as the individual
benefit from any of these specialized repair processes. And I am always available for emergency
repairs.
